Lemon Massage at 1071 West Round Grove Road #600, Lewisville, Texas.

I have been to Lemon Massage at least 4 or 5 times for 2 hour massages. Yesterday I called around 5 PM and scheduled an appointment for 11 AM the next morning for a couples massage before I left for a conference. I saw I had missed a call from them and called back within 5 minutes and was told they took a walk in since I didn't answer and could I come later. I have never not showed up for an appointment there and normally arrive early. We had been in the hot tub to loosen up before going. They called at 10:33 and 10:39, I returned the call at 10:43. I find the excuse of me not answering the phone unacceptable for taking a walk in and asking me to rearrange my day for them. I won't be back, that is not a way to run a business.
