WOW! Fantastic customer service. I've never had a company that made me think less about the dollar aspect of something. Shawn/Sean (sot sure of the spelling) was incredibly helpful. He was thorough and precise, as well as trying to help me select the perfect arrangement for my anniversary. The arrangement was impeccable. My wife loved it, and it was more spectacular than I even thought it would be. Thank you, Edible Arrangements, for having someone on staff that cares enough to take the time with a customers. I'd definitely order again. If the other employees here are as wonderful as Shawn/Sean...then this location will shine.

I wish I could give negative stars...

This was by far the worst service I have ever received in my life, and I have had some bad ones. After my girlfriend waited at home ALL day for them to show up which they never did. They had nothing but terrible excuses that they attributed to the rain (Not sure what rain has to do with communicating with your customers). When I asked the KID at the front an ETA he told me and I quote that “he was not sure since he didn’t have a license and didn’t know how long a local drive time would take:”. The only way I found out they never delivered the $100 product I ordered was by asking my GF how she liked it at 5PM that day, which she replied, it never showed up. I had to pay another company double at the last minutes to fix their mistakes and shortcomings. They have terrible communication and when I spoke with the manager the next day she was extremely rude and sealed the fate of this business. They lack communication severely and are ran by a bunch of children that don’t know what they are doing. When I asked her to provide me the owner’s information she just gave me some random gmail address. Customer be ware on this one!
