Capital One Bank at 2801 MacArthur Boulevard, Lewisville, Texas.

As im waiting in the lobby I'm writing this. Came in for a simple savings bond cash out and the lady writes all over the back like she is about to cash it out then states she can't. Tells me I have to wait on a manager that she tells her part to literally 3 times and the manager keeps making me wait on purpose for more than 20 minutes!! Then whenever some dumass manager Kelin Castro-Membreno comes and talks to me like I'm ignorant I was done with the convo and left. Way to go Capital One. You are my oldest bank account and now im about to switch over to a bank that respects their customers!!
